Everything is nice, I liked it. I would recomand and would stay here again.

It was a wonderful stay and I would like to come again. Room was stylish and staff immensely pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was good. This well-maintained hotel had a central setting. Apart from that, Formosa Gardens Boulevard was 15 minutes away by driving.

Good service, well laid out room and freshly cooked breakfast. It has pet-friendly location, however the area is quite poor.

Luxury bathroom, perfect, non-smoking room. The staff was absolutely lovely, made our stay such wonderful. The hotel was so close to other restaurants and hill and other attractions in the area thanks to its beautiful location. Also, west gate flea market was located in the immediate surroundings. Having different cold drinks in the outdoor bar was a very nice touch.

Funny staff, our room was quite and silent. The American breakfast had a wide range of choices.

Quite new place with absolutely beautiful views. The staff was so well mannered and made my stay fab.

Staff was competent, room was bright and beautiful. We were offered American breakfast with waffles.

Many things to mention - very affordable rooms, gorgeous stuff, good food. Its service was excellant too. Decent location, 10 minutes' walk to waters edge beach club. The beach nearby was secluded and the view was fantastic.

enjoyed rooms and staff. that was sublime hotel set in nice area. awesome view of poolside. outdoor bar and heated pool. moreover, free wi-fi was provided for the duration of my fantastic stay.

This brand-new hotel occupies an amazing building in the historic style. Central location and bars and restaurants are close to the property. Such a top-notch service too. Very comfortable stay in the new area.

centrally located and reasonably priced hotel, absolutely perfect rooms. and it also had absolutely beautiful view. the extra touches like coffee and toast for breakfast, i loved it. really easy location to lake austin.

Comfort and facilities at that deluxe hotel were very good. Enjoyed that a flat-screen TV with cable channels, heating and a safe in the room were provided. Boardwalk brothers wings, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. We would go back in flash as everything met needs well.

We had 3 nights in Kissimmee, spend our time here greatly. Central heating, a safe and a small fridge available in the standard room. Pool was nice, comfortable to sit around.
